The Championships were split into three full sections and with the sun shining and competitors travelled from all over the country to take part in what has become a very prestigious occasion.
Section A was won by Julia Woods and St Flannans Aodhan, a seven-year-old registered Connemara. The day was extra special for Suffolk-based Julia who was also celebrating her birthday.
Julia finished on her dressage score of 25.5, managing to keep hold of their lead by just one penalty between the top spot and second place.

They completed double clears in the cross-country and show jumping phases to move up leader board and finish on their dressage score of 35 which was 2.5 penalties clear of second place.
Natasha Miller and the 14.2hh grey gelding, Villa Billy captured Section C, having left her home near Huddersfield at 4.30am that morning, the win brought a huge smile from 29-year-old Natasha who said the early start was more than worthwhile and she would be celebrating the win with a few ciders!
